Winning at Caribbean Stud Poker

Caribbean Stud Poker

Indeed, Caribbean Poker is not poker at all, but a casino game based on poker. You play against the casino, as in blackjack, not other players. As expected, the odds favor the casino, not the player, but can be tilted in their favor to me a smart strategy.

Play Caribbean Stud Poker.

To begin with you and you and the dealer receive five cards each. After seeing the hand and the dealer’s first card, then you must:

(A) do what is called a “call bet”, which will increase its participation in an amount equal to twice their original bet, or

(B) “delivery”, in which case it is lost, and the dealer is your bet.

If you made a call bet, the following may occur after the dealer shows his cards;

o If the dealer does not have an ace of a king or better in the hand, the bet is returned, plus an amount equal to the bet.

o If the dealer has an ace or a king or better, you win if your hand beats the dealer (always occupies payment poker hand).

A typical casino will pay even money on the ante and fixed odds on your call bet as follows, but varies from casino:

or even pay for a pair or high card

or 2 to 1 to 2 pairs

or 3 to 1 for three types

or 4 to 1 for a line

or 5 to 1 for a color

or 7 to 1 for a full house

or 20 to 1 for a four of a kind

or 50 to 1 for a straight flush

or 100 to 1 for a royal flush

o However, if the dealer has an ace or a king, or better, and his hand is worse than the dealer, you lose your bet and call bet.

This is a form of “stud poker”, ie what is in your hand is in your hand.

However, some casinos will allow you to “buy a card” before raising the stakes in the call bet.

The odds are against this procedure, but in reality, that special card you can get.

Winning strategy in Caribbean Stud Poker

A general strategy for this game has not yet appeared, and therefore, there are two important rules to follow to help you formulate your own winning strategy.

1. Always lift when you have a pair or higher.

2. Some-times less than the dealer’s hand (ace and a king)

But if you always come up with a pair or higher, and bend with less than ace and a king, you might consider raising the ace and king if:

1. card the dealer shows a 2 through queen and matches one of yours.

2. shows the dealer’s card is an ace or a king and has a queen or jack in your hand.

Caribbean Stud Poker is not for everyone, but its easy to play and after the few rules we have given a relatively easy win in the Caribbean Stud Poker.
